About Mic Drop: Legal Ops
The conversations happening after the keynote.
Every conference has two agendas. The one printed in the event app. And the one happening in the hallways, hotel bars, airport lounges, and over coffee between sessions. That's where the real conversations happen.
It's where CMOs admit what's actually working. Where CIOs share what they really bought—and why. Where vendors compare notes on buyer behavior. Where marketers swap stories about conference wins, spectacular misses, AI hype, impossible attribution, shrinking budgets, and the ideas that quietly change an industry. Those conversations are honest. They're practical. They're funny. And too often, they never make it beyond the people standing in the circle. We started Mic Drop: Legal Ops because we think they should.
Why We Started This Show
After years working in legal technology, marketing, business development, conferences, and industry leadership, we realized something. The legal industry has no shortage of podcasts. But too many stop at the polished version of the story. We wanted to create something different. A place where people could speak candidly about the realities of building technology, growing companies, navigating conference culture, marketing to law firms, and leading through constant change. Think of it as pulling up a chair after the keynote—when everyone's finally willing to tell the truth.
